Don Carter is Inspector, English, at the NSW Board of Studies and has extensive teaching experience in both government and non-government NSW schools as an English, History and Drama teacher and Head Teacher English. He has also worked as an  English as a Second Language/Multicultural Education consultant for the NSW Department of Education and Training.
