• Phoenix Education titles can be purchased from most educational booksellers, and many major retail or general bookstores.
  
  Schools and institutions providing a purchase order number will be invoiced. All other orders should be accompanied by payment via cheque, Mastercard or Visa.

• Approval - we can supply books on approval, other than photocopiable books. Sample pages for these can be inspected on the web site. Approval copies are sent on 14 days approval with an invoice which can either be returned with unwanted books, or paid if the books are being kept. Please note that we do not have reply paid facilities and that customers are responsible for the return postage or freight costs.
   

• Discounts - A general discount of 10% will apply to orders over $100.

• Freight and handling - orders totalling $100 or less will incur a $5.50 freight charge inc GST). Orders over $100 in value will be delivered freight free.
